Candidates: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date professional information. Falsifying employment history or qualifications will result in immediate account termination.
Employers: You agree to post legitimate executive vacancies. Bait-and-switch tactics or requesting candidates to pay placement fees are strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Executive Editorial and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Executive Editorial.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
