How do jobs calculate Active vs Closed?
Jobs remain active indefinitely unless manually marked as "Closed" via the Job Management tab. Only Active jobs are shown on the Candidate portals and calculating in Analytics.
How do the Cities counters work?
The front-end cities portal reads the exact text in the "Location" field of the Job posting (e.g. typing any variation of 'Bengaluru' or 'Bangalore' automatically assigns it to the Bangalore Hub stats).
Is it safe to change System Settings?
Yes, but note that modifying notification routing affects automated emails sent globally. Always commit changes during low traffic hours if possible.
